Details you Should Know...

 See below for further information you must be aware of: 

Getting in the Front and Hallway Doors

  The code for visitors to press at the front gate and the entrance front doors for you to allow access to your apartment is for example if visiting 206 West.  Dial 4069# (the 3 represents the E and the 9 represents the W).
Once a guest is through the front door, access for the glass doors in the East or West wing is 406#.
Access is granted via doors and lift by dialling 1 on your keypad on the intercom handset.  

Connecting the internet and other services...

  You must use Telstra in this complex. There are no other options at this stage.  Please contact them directly to organise connections.
Telstra also provides Foxtel along with Free to Air, Fixed ines and Internet.
Call Telstra Smart Community on this number: 1800 008 994 and Quote Prime I.D number as the following 427 408 039  

Utilities (Gas, Hot Water & Electricity)

  Metered Energy is the only provider onto this building at this current time.
Electricity/Hot Water/Gas
Call Metered Energy on 07 3891 3733  

Removalist Information

  Please note the following instructions to help your moving in day run smoothly:
“The Removals Group” have done many moves in this building and understand the logistics of high rise moves. Give them a call for a quote, Ben 07 55545003. They are a family operated business who seem to care which is definitely appreciated by us as they pass our painted walls etc with your furniture. They have the appropriate insurance policy in place to cover for any damage. 😊. 


The following guidelines are in place due to multiple instances of interference, damage or clean-up left to the Body Corporate:

  

  • In all instances, the resident must pay a $250 damage deposit and / or use of the lift key. 
  • Such lift Key, must be returned upon completion. Additional fees apply if not returned.
  • A copy of the Removalists Insurance policy must be supplied prior to the move in/out date. 
  • No removalist will be permitted to operate on the parcel of Marina Residences unless the appropriate insurance policy is in place.
  • If a resident is moving themselves in or out, a total of $1250 damage and key deposit is required. No resident will be permitted to move in or out of an apartment unless the deposit is paid in advance. NO EXCEPTIONS .
  • All items are to be brought in through the basement.
  • Moving in/out may only occur from 9am to 4pm weekdays only. 
  • Removal trucks are not permitted to park in Marina Drive outside the above hours.
  • ·All persons must take all care with the interior of the lifts and Body Corporate property.


PLEASE DO NOT BRING ANY HEAVY ITEMS THROUGH THE MAIN FOYER AS IT WILL DAMAGE THE MARBLE FLOOR. ALL DELIVERIES OF HOUSEHOLD ITEMS AND FURNITURE MUST BE THROUGH THE BASEMENT ONLY....
